Refund policy
We love the products we sell and we want you to love them as well! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to let us know within 14 days so we can fix the problem. If your product arrived in less than perfect condition, we will ship a replacement out to you immediately, at our expense.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@thebarbecuelab.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Returns\Exchange - Returns will be accepted for inspection & exchange with authorization. Items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition.
Refunds - Following receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will remit a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 - 10 days for processing by our payment processor and your banking institution.
Sales are final on all clearance items and gift cards.
